North End Farm.
Welcome to our little piece of heaven. Nestled on the boundary into the beautiful New Forest in Hampshire our family smallholding offers a truly unique place to come and stay, learn and relax. Find out more about the farm, our plans for the future and all we have to offer below.
Stay with us.
Once a rusty heap found in a neighbouring farmers field, our beautiful Lilly lorry is a 7.5t horse lorry we have converted into a beautiful well equipped micro home offering breathtaking views across the fields, an outdoor plunge bath, wrap around enclosed deck and sleeping spaces for four people (or five with a little un). To find out more and book to stay please see our Airbnb listing here.
Learn with us.
We have a dream here at North End Farm, and that's for women and young people to learn essential practical skills to empower them for a sustainable future. In 2024 our barn will become a community interest company and with some luck on our side we will be able to fund the conversion of our barn into a fully equipped learning and community space which will offer courses in everything from basic home maintenance to various crafts and skills. Our dream is to enable women and young people in disadvantaged situations free places on our courses to learn a new skill and stamp out the belief that DIY and building is difficult. We hope to show women and young people the basics of power tools, simple home maintenance and how to fix things rather than throw them away.

Our Orchard.
One of our first jobs when we moved here was to try and rescue what would have been the farms original orchard from what was then nothing but a paddock full of 20ft brambles. With a lot of back breaking work the orchard has been restored and a variety of heritage fruit trees including apples, plums and cherries have been planted. In future years once the trees reach their maturity we hope to open the orchard up to the community. In the meantime the centre of our orchard is used to grow beautiful British flowers and is looked after by Sophie and her family from the wonderful Meadowsweet. Meadowsweet offer a fabulous subscription service of the most wonderful British grown flower posies. You can find out all about them here.
Leave your pup with us.

Who's who at North End Farm.
From top left:
Lou - Lou is the handy person around the farm, everything you see from the lorry to the pergola has been built by Lou. She loves building, making, designing and anything creative. In a previous life she's had many incantations from a professional singer songwriter, the head of Lou Brown Designs & a popular tiktoker. Lou is the founder of the North End Farm community interest company and loves a bit of wedding makery (find out more below).
Kirsty - Kirsty is the warm lovely face of North End Farm, she looks after all our guest relations and lives on site. Kirsty wears many hats, she is the founder and head of the wonderful Studio Kiko and is the creator behind many well known brands logo's and branding. She helps Lou with her healthcare needs and is Lou's wingwoman in all the projects at North End Farm.
Dom - Dom is Lou's long suffering partner of over 15 years. He is the anchor of all family life, an amazing cook, housekeeper, general organiser and an amazing father to his twin daughters. As well as looking after the family Dom works as a outdoor arts producer for the fabulous Activate Arts and many of the amazing outdoor arts installations you see around Dorset are put on by Dom and his team.
Scout - the youngest twin of Dom and Lou by 1 min and 50 secs Scout is one of life's adventurers. She loves origami, drawing, lego and keeping her room in a giant mess.
Harper - the brains of the family and the elder of Lou and Dom's twins, Harper LOVES Taylor Swift, talking about romance gossip at school and washi tape, all the washi tape.
Luna - our little miniature schnauzer. Luna is an utterly useless countryside dog. She hates getting her paws wet, refuses to go outside the door when it's raining and loves nothing more than long lazy lie ins and sun bathing. She adores all other dogs and loves nothing more than a romp around the orchard with doggo friends.
Tinker - Kirsty's little chihuahua, Tinker is a BIG presence in a teeny weeny body. No bigger than a rabbit Tinker has more than made up for that in attitude and pizzazz. He loves being cuddled up nice and tight to humans, letting other dogs know who is boss and would happily spend all his life being carried around in a papoose.
Ducks and Hens - we have a lovely gaggle of free roaming hens and ducks that provide us with world's most delicious eggs which are offered free to guests staying with us. They are probably the world's happiest birds and have free range of acres of land. The ducks like staying out late and often pull all nighters and the hens like following humans around and getting involved in anything they might be up to.
